Chao Wang is an Applied Research Scientist at ServiceNow AI Research. He earned his PhD in 2021 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at York University. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he worked across industry as a Research Scientist at Quantiphi and LG Electronics and as an Applied Scientist at Amazon, gaining hands-on experience in natural language processing, computer vision, and multimodal learning. Before transitioning into AI, he was a software architect for million-user information systems.
