Marie-Eve Marchand

Marie-Ève leads the Research Enablement team, which serves as the operational backbone of the ServiceNow AI Research group. Her background bridges academic and corporate research environments, with a focus on shaping and sustaining the systems and structures that enable high-impact AI research. Before joining ServiceNow, she worked in the academic sector as a researcher in art history and museum studies, affiliate faculty, and staff member, including roles in research coordination and student and academic affairs. She holds a PhD in Art History (Université de Montréal) and conducted research as a FRQSC postdoctoral fellow in decorative arts and design studies at Concordia University.
