Valérie Lafontaine

Valérie Lafontaine is a seasoned Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting high-level executives across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the VP of AI Research and two additional ServiceNow executives, she makes things happen through resourcefulness, reliability, and a talent for turning complexity into momentum. Her background spans coordination roles in publicity production and live entertainment — including 2.5 years at Cirque du Soleil’s headquarters and a one-year American Tour — before moving into executive support at innovation-driven organizations, including Element AI, C2 Montréal Conference, and La Presse. That experience has sharpened her eye for logistics, her instinct for communication, and her ability to stay steady and dependable in fast-moving environments, with a strong command of the administrative systems and processes that keep organizations running. She studied Project Management at HEC Montréal and is fluent in English and French.
