Audit Logs: ServiceNow automatically logs all updates to records, including who made the change, what fields were modified, and when. You can view these audit logs by navigating to the "System Logs" or "System Audit" module.
Change Tracking: For field additions/removals specifically in forms or lists, ServiceNow keeps track of configuration changes through the "System Definition > Tables & Columns" module. Here, you can see the history of changes to table structures, including fields.
History and Versions: Each record in ServiceNow maintains a history of changes. You can view this history to see details of modifications, including which fields were added, removed, or modified over time.
Field Auditing: ServiceNow allows you to enable field auditing on specific fields. This feature logs changes made to individual fields, providing detailed information on who changed the field and when.
Custom Reports: You can create custom reports and dashboards to monitor changes across the platform. This can include tracking updates to records, changes to field configurations, and more.
