関連アイテムのフィルターについて

テーブルのレコードを開いたとき、一番下に表示される関連タブ？のアイテムにフィルターをかけたいです。

いろいろ試行錯誤してみましたが、最初から設定されているフィルター条件を消すことができず苦戦しております。

この設定はどこから変更が可能でしょうか？
