Search a list with kanji

How can I set up a search in ServiceNow to look up names written in Hiragana and retrieve corresponding records in Kanji?

This is a very good question. I searched the service portal using AI Search and was able to search as shown below. Are you using AI search? Also, could you please tell me in more detail which application you want to search for?
As another method, I think it is possible to perform such a search by configuring synonym dictionary settings and meta tags in AI Search.

Hi @12uy 

As you know, AI search doesn't support lists. The only method suggested is to create a custom field and add hiragana.
