Filtering documents with or without a spoke can be challenging. The reason for recommending the use of a spoke is that it will be supported by ServiceNow. If you opt for a custom API, you may not receive support if you encounter issues."

there is an app available on store

SailPoint Store Applications 

For without spoke you need to connect with SailPoint team and discuss if you will be consuming their endpoint or they will be consuming ServiceNow endpoint
