Can't see "Change" module in the Application Navigator.

Hello team,

I'm unable to see the "Change" module, under the ServiceNow DPI apps navigator, but I can query the list s of work items with change_request.list and change_task.list.

Why is the module hidden, and how can I unhide it?

Is this in your PDI, and were you recently updated to use a new instance? If yes, this is a very common issue nowadays. Please release this instance and take a new one.

@ChrisGetint

so the Change application menu is not visible?

Even with admin?

Go to this record and see if it's active and what role it has. If inactive then mark it active and then logout and login again

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar

That seems to be the problem; however, I don't even have this entry in the Application Menu!

I added a new one for Change, then added the table change_request as a module, and was able to see the Change Requests list.

Why is that? Why does my instance not have any entries for the Change Request table under the Applications Menu?

I updated my instance to the latest version. By the way, does it have anything to do with what @Dr Atul G- LNG mentioned in his comment above? Would releasing instance and requesting it again bring the Change Request entries back to the apps navigator?

Hi @ChrisGetint

What I meant is based on a real use case. My teammate  has a PDI where the Change and Problem modules are missing in the same instance, and they requested a new PDI.

If the issue still persists, it’s better to release the instance and move to a fresh one,[take lower version] then update it to the latest version. This is a very common issue nowadays, and you can also find a few posts around it.
