Can't see "Change" module in the Application Navigator.

Hello team,

I'm unable to see the "Change" module, under the ServiceNow DPI apps navigator, but I can query the list s of work items with change_request.list and change_task.list.

Why is the module hidden, and how can I unhide it?

Hi @ChrisGetint

What I meant is based on a real use case. My teammate  has a PDI where the Change and Problem modules are missing in the same instance, and they requested a new PDI.

If the issue still persists, it’s better to release the instance and move to a fresh one,[take lower version] then update it to the latest version. This is a very common issue nowadays, and you can also find a few posts around it.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG

Seems like the most reasonable resolution, instead of manually creating an entry for each option for the module in the apps menu.

Thanks for the solution!

Check the change module and assign the role to access the change module in Application navigater.

@ChrisGetint

Sometimes these issue occur in PDIs as they are not stable

Try getting a new PDI and then see
