Hello team,
I'm unable to see the "Change" module, under the ServiceNow DPI apps navigator, but I can query the list s of work items with change_request.list and change_task.list.
Why is the module hidden, and how can I unhide it?

Hi @ChrisGetint
What I meant is based on a real use case. My teammate has a PDI where the Change and Problem modules are missing in the same instance, and they requested a new PDI.
If the issue still persists, it’s better to release the instance and move to a fresh one,[take lower version] then update it to the latest version. This is a very common issue nowadays, and you can also find a few posts around it.

Due to missing configuration of application menu. Try to import(From other PDI) or create a application menu as "Change" and give access to role : "sn_change_read". In the modules, mapped the change application menu as created, if missing. Provide the correct roles and refresh the instance. You should able to see the application in navigator. Attach the Application Menu XML for your reference and use.
