After completion of the batch installer of process, works as expected. Next implementation ask: How do I include custom application from my application repository in the remote table(All available update)module to be able to run along store application plugins?

To pull custom scoped applications from your internal App Repository into the All Available Updates view (sys_remote_app) alongside ServiceNow Store applications, I feel the custom apps must first be properly published to the App Repo with an incremented version number. Once published, the target instance queries the repository via the App Repository Endpoint connection. To make them show up under the updates view, navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All (or All Available Updates), and trigger a manual sync using the "Refresh" or "Check for Updates" UI action. This forces ServiceNow to query both the public ServiceNow Store and your private App Repository, populating the remote application tables (sys_remote_app and sys_app_version) with the updated metadata for your custom scopes.

Once those custom application versions are visible in the remote update tables, you can include them in your Batch Installation payload alongside Store plugins. If you are using the Batch Install UI, select your custom app from the updates list and append it to your batch plan. If you are executing the batch via the CI/CD API or CI/CD Spoke, pass the custom application's sys_id (from sys_remote_app) or scope name into the packagesJSON array inside your batch manifest payload. The Batch Installation engine evaluates dependencies across both Store apps and App Repo custom apps, executing the deployment sequentially in a single automated process. Hope it helps!

Thank you for the response! we are looking to include application customization published by Dev instance to be included in our TEST/Prod instance for batch installer, so that we can look and upgrade from the list.

For example, we have one App customization version to Universal task application. we would like to include that.
