Name field is missing as sysyem adm

Hi everyone, i dont know why but it does'nt show the name field here. it should be there, right ?

Hi @victorheiser 

 

It seems , accidentally someone has removed it from form. Add it again in form.

 

  1. Right-click on the form header and select Configure > Form Layout.
  2. Look for Name in the Available list and move it to the Selected list.
  3. Click Save

happening for admins as well?

Things to check

1) is name field on the form view which you are seeing

2) anyone created field level READ ACL on name field and disabled the READ

3) did anyone mark that field as Active=false in dictionary
