I have got access to HI portal but still cant see KB articles released by ServiceNow
Here is the article link https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0724183
and when i click i get this error
"Your role does not grant you access to this article. Please use Search to find related content."
what role is needed to access this article and how i can get this.
