How to activate agent workspace in PDI

Hi Team,

As part of learning AWA i need agent workspace to be enabled. Can I activate 'com.agent_workspace' in my pdi?
I tried to find this plugin in application manger, but am not able to find the plugin.

I can see the agent workspace under All workspace. I activated it, and when trying to open the workspace am not able to reach to the page

 
Is there anything that i can fix and try to open agent workspace

Hi @Roshini ,

Agent Workspace is now deprecated and updated by Service Operations Workspace

Search for the same in Plugins section-

Please install this application to use the workspace and do the recommended configurations.

Click on the Workspace and select Service Operations Workspace

You will be able to see all the modules that were present in agent workspace.

Hi @nannielf ,

As per my experience Once Configurable Workspace (CAW) is activated and configured in your instance, the legacy workspace plugin "com.agent_workspace" will be deprecated. Will not be able to find out under plugin in instance but will be reflected Under Module from Application Navigator. So that you can deactivated Legacy Workspace module form Application navigator.

The main problem is that we have 2 plugins installed that are related to the Agent Workspace - the ITSM Agent Workspace & CMDB Agent Workspace, both of which will be deprecated in the next release. I need to understand if they are used somewhere in the instance. But I haven't found any information anywhere whether these 2 plugins can work independently and in the absence of the main plugin, whether they can complement any other plugin besides Agent Workspace
