Hello,
I have a bi-directional integration between ServiceNow and Jira set up with the Jira spoke and I'm running into an issue with uploading an attachment in Jira and seeing it in the desired format in ServiceNow. When an attachment is uploaded to an issue in Jira, it populates the corresponding incident in ServiceNow but the content-type of the file is received as 'text/html' and adds a bunch of html text instead of just receiving the file as plain text. Would this be an issue that is resolved in ServiceNow? I've checked the system properties and can't find anything.
Thank you,

Hi @willyi123,
I think the below link might help you setup the attachment configs properly-
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0861023
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0860542
If its not working try raising a HI case for the issue.
I see similar issue was reported earlier.
@arununnikrishna Did you get the solution for this issue. Please do let us know so that it can help willy.
If my response has resolved your query, please consider giving it a thumbs up and marking it as the correct answer!
Thanks & Regards,
Sanjay Kumar

Hi @Sanjay
Thank you for the response. I've tried the first two KB articles linked but those are implementations of an action that already exist in the latest Jira spoke, so it just replaced the current actions we have in place and unfortunately did not fix our problem.
The issue @arununnikrishna ran into is a different problem from what we're running into. The attachments are coming through for us to the incident but it is coming in as html instead of 'text/plain' content-type.
