Two exciting new features are included with the Application Portfolio Management (APM) store release: “Enterprise Architecture Workspace” and “Digital Integration Management”.

APM provides visibility into business applications, eliminates redundant applications, and reduces risk to the business.  To enhance this value, two new features:  Enterprise Architecture Workspace and Digital Integration Management have been released via the Servicenow Store.

The Enterprise Architecture Workspace is a completely new interface to empower enterprise architects to meet business needs while reducing technology portfolio cost and risk.  Capabilities include visibility through various scorecards, approvals, insights, and health metrics.  Enterprise architects can continuously manage inventory health through insight-rich dashboards to reduce cost and risk.  Watch the Enterprise Architecture Workspace in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tkoY-duwWA

Another capability released via the Servicenow Store is Application Portfolio Management’s Digital Integration Management.  Digital Integration Management enables modeling for APIs and integrations via a single form for intake to make connections between business applications.  Quickly document, model, and understand APIs and their integrations to uncover insights and trace dependencies.

With these two capabilities, visibility into applications further empowers enterprise architects to manage their business application portfolios.
