Start by familiarizing yourself with Now Assist for Creator
Before you start on your Now Assist for Creator journey, take the time to learn the basics. This short online course will give you a brief introduction to Now Assist capabilities. Once you’ve finished the course, look through the
product documentation.
If you are new to ServiceNow, we also recommend that you take this very short Get Started with the Now Platform course to learn the platform basics. A longer ServiceNow Fundamentals course is also available.
Note that if you are going to use Now Assist for Creator, we strongly suggest you secure the services of a certified ServiceNow system administrator.
