Agent app usage is not showing even many people are using

Hello All,
Where can we view the usage of the Agent app?
I navigated to All > User Experience Analytics > Dashboard and selected the Agent app, but I did not see any data. It is also not showing the usage of the Service Portal, which is used by hundreds of users every day.
