I just got a new instance and I'm getting the "You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working." error launching the App Engine Studio. My User Role is set to Admin. I'm not sure what other access or role I need to set. Thanks.

Hi @esim
No need to worry.
-
Log back into developer.servicenow.com
-
Go to your profile
-
On the left side, open the Instance Recreate section
-
Select Change User Role
-
Change the user role from AES to Admin
-
Save your changes
-
Log out and then log back into your PDI instance

Thank you for your reply. My User Role is already set to Admin. I log off and log in multiple times. I even cleared my browser cache and used Incognito mode. I'm still getting the error
I tried releasing the instance and recreating a new one. I'm still getting the same error.

In that case, go ahead and release this PDI and request a new one, mate. Please note that PDIs are not supported by ServiceNow support.
