Approving a submitted app.

Hi,

I'm looking to push a published app from one instance to another using app engine studio. The problem is that I don't see any Approval option after publishing and submitting my app. I've verified that all of my Pieplines and Deployment configurations are done based on the Guided Setup. I've checked the application home in app engine studio, as the documentation reads but I don't see any awaiting approval. What could I be missing??

Thank you! I have one problem. I don't have the "App Engine Management Center" module on my instance running Utah. I've requested the license on the store, so I hope this gets me to where I need to be to approve these submissions.
