Not able to see application navigation

Hello,

I am new to SNOW, i got new personnel developer instance. As soon as i open instance, it opens in end user (business user) view where it gives options to create and view incidents etc. But not able to find an option to see " application navigation", in few training videos i can see users are getting redirected to app navigation but for me it shows business user view.

I am using desktop(laptop).

Click on "All" Menu item which will open the navigator menu and you can pin it if needed. Its a next experience UI in ServiceNow.

Hi @krishnakiss , 
Just to make you aware that there is an Asset Management software called SNOW. You can refer 'ServiceNow' or 'SN' but SNOW is not a good term to use here.

In order to view the filter navigator you have to click on the 'All' header menu(highlighted in the image below)
You can click on it and then pin the button to fix it.
