Hi @SujilathaY

  • Go to Form Designer for your Case table
  • From the Field Types panel, drag and drop the Annotation field onto the form (preferably at the top).

  • Click on the Edit Field Annotation Icon and write your info message in the text box.

  • Save the form layout.

Now, your message will appear permanently on the form and it won’t be dismissible.

Hope this helps!

I am looking for banner info msg on case table when certain case meets specific conditions. In above link its showing overall banner info msg

@SujilathaY In that case, you can make the annotation visible only when certain conditions are met using either a UI Policy or a Client Script.

Option 1: UI Policy
You can use a UI Policy with a small script to show/hide the annotation dynamically.
Here’s a helpful example from the community that explains how to do it:

Option 2: Client Script
If you prefer scripting, you can add an onChange or onLoad Client Script to control when the annotation appears based on field values.

This way, your info message will only show when your defined conditions are true.
