Event fired but notification not triggering

Hi Everyone,
I'm firing the event via FD "Event Fire" event is triggering but associated notification not triggering and notification don't have any condition for triggering. can any one suggest please what will be the cause?
Event calling in Notification:
checked parm1 which passing in FD:
passing param 1 which is correct output:
Event record is created in "sysevent" table but above notification is not triggered can anyone suggest what will be the issue?

Hi @rmaroti ,
this could be because of there is no recipient
you can can have Email or sysid of the user in the event params
just check if you have not explicitly selected the email or sysid of the user in the parameter1
open the user data pill and take sysid or email from it and add it parameter1
please share the screenshot of the event from event log

Hi @rmaroti ,
is the notification in sys_user_group table?(the screenshot you have shared shows it's on sys_user_group table)
if yes
is the event in the event registry also configured against sys_user_group table?
the record that you have selected and parameter1 you have selected looks like same from the screenshot
could you please open any one of event log and show the details of fields highlighted below
and also check details shared by @Ankur Bawiskar

is the event getting processed?
Is that user
1) active and not locked out
2) has email address in sys_user record
3) has notification preferences enabled
