Hi @kdontu
that button used to be called Get, now it’s Buy.. but don’t worry, the PDI is completely free and there is no chance you would pay a dime…
you said you installed it, can you share the screenshot with the plugin? Eventually you can repair the plugin.
please be aware that genAI models (and Copilot especially) are hallucinating about ServiceNow topics. Your copilot conversation mentions a free trial, nothing could be a bigger bullcrap 🙂 it is very difficult to impossible to uninstall a plugin, so the free trial is absolute nonsense… always search info in the official ServiceNow documentation, that’s the only relevant source of information. My own experience is that chatGPT answers more or leas ok but copilot is shooting your own leg, it’s better not know than to ask it (my experience, perhaps I can’t prompt it properly but same prompt gives different results) :))

Hi @kdontu ,
!! Do not trust the answers which you get from these AI models unless you verify from the correct sources. !!
Jira Spoke for PDIs . it's Free 😁
Check below, i just installed it and i won't pay anything for the same :
However, if it's for your customer instance, then you need to talk to ServiceNow account executive .

Please mark the answer correct & Helpful, if i could help you.

Hi @kdontu ,
Is it a PDI or official Instance. Most of the plugins and Spokes are free on PDI and sub prod instances but not on PROD. YOu can install on Dev/ Test as free but you need to buy for PROD. So answer depends on your instance type.
If my answer helped you, please mark it- solution accpeted.

Hi @kdontu
So, if I understand correctly, you want to integrate your PDI with Jira. This post contains resources that can guide you on how to set up the integration between PDI and Jira.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
