Use Case:
Only Assigned to and Assignment group fields will be editable from list view for itil role.
- Create list _edit ACl incident.*
Set answer = false in script field:
- Create list _edit ACl incident.assignment group and assigned itil role to this ACL.
- Create list _edit ACl incident.assigned_to and assigned itil role to this ACL.
Now itil user can only edit assigned to and assignment group fields from list view of incident table.

Hi @Syed14
May I suggest that, since you're currently unable to publish a blog on the Community, you could add a prefix like 'Blog:' to your question title? That way, readers will understand it's not a question, but a blog-style post.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
