Hi All,

We have a custom workspace and I want to show that workspace to some users only who have role A, how we can do this and restrict other users.

that's controlled using this ACL, so if user has this role then only he/she sees that workspace in menu

Ensure your ACL has your scoped app role only

1) visit UI builder and open your workspace

2) then open the ACL from here, ensure it has your role only there

Hi @Kaustubh k ,

1. add a user to to role A (for testing)

Navigate Now Experience Framework > UI Builder.

Search "Custom Workspace" on Experiences tab and open the record.

Click "View experience setting".

Click "Open access controls".

Then, you can access the acl setting and add Role A role to it.
