I have installed plugins related to HRSD lifecycle. But related modules are not available on my instance. Please assist on this.

Hi @KS86

Sometimes, after installing a plugin, the module might not be visible. Here are some possible reasons:

  • The plugin may not have been fully activated, even though it shows as installed or activated.

  • The required access might be missing.

Solution:

  • Try repairing the plugin again.

  • Log out and log back in.

  • Check which role is required to access the module and assign that role to the user.

In my experience, after installing the plugin, it didn’t show up immediately, and I had to either repair it or log out and log back in to resolve the issue.

@KS86 They will not show up right away. Do a log out and then login again, they will show up with the fresh login.

Hope this helps.
