My PDI is showing error 'Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action'

I have created a new PDI instance and showing the below error.
instance URL: https://dev106705.service-now.com/
and after clicking it asking for an admin password, which I don't have.
if someone helps will be very appreciated.

I would suggest you can request new PDI and load the update set from this PDI if you have and use new fresh instance, that thing is from serviceNow no support is available from there end for this issue.

Login through: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and click start building. Alternative, you can log in through https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home, Go to your profile, and click manage instance password.

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

But this is a newly created PDI instance and it is showing this error.
