A service now incident ticket has been populated with data from NextThink platform
Can you tell me how to format an incident Ticket in my developer Instance so that some of these additional fields like L1 Checklist is present using a some third party api like google or yahoos for example..Also how do you invoke the said data so that this process happens simultaneously as i click submit button?

@Sidhartha Bose I was searching for some documents for the Related list such as L1 Checklist etc. It seems that there is an incident connector which brings in this information? Have you checked the installation documents that is present with Nexthing connector for incident management. May be this link will give you some information about this.
