Post‑Upgrade Issue: Email Logs Visible Only to HR Admin Users

After the recent upgrade, we have observed that email logs are visible only to HR Admin users and not to standard admin users. We have already reviewed the ACL configurations, and the user appears to have the required access at the ACL level.
We would like to understand if there are any additional configurations or updates required post‑upgrade, or if there is a known issue causing this behavior. Kindly advise on where the gap might lie.

Since this appears to be an issue with the update, it would be better to log a case with the support team.
