Requested item field is empty for the achieve task table records

Hi All,

 

I see the request item fields are suddenly empty in the ar_sc_task table. I checked the business rules and client scripts to see if there are any operations affecting the ar_sc_task table. Unable to identify the root cause. 

Attaching the image for reference.

We also checked in sub prod instances and we are able to see the same issue.

Can someone help me on this issue?

not sure if ServiceNow retains the reference field once you enable archival on sc_task

check this

'Retain Reference' field in Archive Rule.
