trouble changing the statue on the instance developer app

I created an Workout application on the instance developer buti did something that made it possible to find it under the all tab but now Im unable to do that. i've been at it for a while now and having trouble changing it back. Can someone walk be through the steps to make it so that I can find it under the all tab instead of the tables. Im new to this platform and new to the tech world I'm coming from a background of very little tecnical skil trying to get my foot in and change careers.

Are you referring to All Apps tab in My Company Applications module ?

Sounds like you accidentally hid the Application Menu. Here's one way that might "fix" it:

1. Click on the All menu.
2. Type "sys_app_application.list" and press enter.
3. Search for the Title of your app.
   Example:
   
4. Click the Title of your App to open the Application Menu record. 
5. Make sure Active is set to True. 

It is also worth noting that your Application Menu will not display on the All menu unless it has at least one Navigation Module at the bottom.
