When I go to Developer home page, there is no place to change user role so that I can access my PDI

I have checked the community and looked at the solutions provided and still stuck. I am experiencing something similar to others who created a PDI and then when I go to that instance link, it always redirects me to App Engine home. My profile shows up as 'Creator User'.

When I follow the instructions provided to others in these posts, I get stopped up because my developer home page does not look like those provided in screen shots. My developer page doesn't have any place on the page where I can change a user role at all (screens attached). Any help would be appreciated.

Click on Manage instance from your screenshot dev home page top and click on Actions -> Change user role and change to admin. Clear your browser cache and try to login again.

Thank you, @Bhuvan ! Note for anyone experiencing something similar, I had to reset my instance first before the 'change user role' option appeared under actions.
