Actions On Selected Rows: which actions should be made available in the top right corner?

I'm considering some "custom" actions to be added in the drop-down menu on top right corner of the GUI:

PRB selections

Curious about what solution architects would advise on this: 

which actions should be easily accessible, based on the object type selected? 
What would be the best way to have contextual menus based on the object type selected? 

E.g. Multiple CHANGE tickets --> CLOSE
        CHG selections

       Multiple INCIDENT tickets --> REOPEN
INC selections


       Multiple RELEASE tickets --> Ask for an update
...
