Benefits of CMDB for ITSM?

Hi,

We have a small customer who is using ITSM (INC, PRB, CHG, SR and KM). But they are not using CMDB.

 

I am looking for a list of ALL benefits of how CMDB will help for ITSM for above modules?

 

 

Note - They dont want to invest in any autoamtion/Discovery tools.
