Hi All,
I have one order guide which trigger catalog items based on some variable attributes.
I want to trigger a catalog item which will be used for approval purpose but after completing all the existing RITM is closed.
Example: Order Guide Name: TestOrder Guide
It trigger 2 catalog item and once all are closed, another item will be be trigger which should do approval.
Is there any way to achieve this.
Thanks

But you need to create new request once the existing one is closed,
Eg: REQ0002875 is changes to closed create a new request like REQ0002876.
from the new RITM you can get the approvals under the REQ0002876
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks,

Hi Rajashekhar,
The requirement is under single REQ , they want to perform the above functionality.
Example: REQ100
RITM200
RITM300
RITM400
once all RITM closed, it will trigger one approval workflow , we can include another catalog item which can generate like RITM400 before final closing of the REQ100. Once RITM400 is approved then the request state should change to complete.
Over here the OOTB BR close this REQ as soon as all RITM closed.

In such cases you have two options:
1). It isn't always a bad thing to modify OOB Business Rules if there are a valid business requirement and justification .If you modify a OOB Global BR, it wont upgrade unless you want it to be upgraded. It remains in the skipped record of Upgrade History. Later you can review and action accordingly.
2). Deactivate and create a copy of OOB BR put the conditions to exclude your catalog items.
for the above two options you should have another BR to close your particular request which is excluded
