In this post we will be discussing how performance testing is done in ServiceNow. There are quite a few tools in the market that is capable of doing a performance test. One of them is Load Runner.
LoadRunner provides different load testing techniques depending on your testing goals. A few of them are
1. Stress
2. Load
3. Endurance
4. Baseline
I have provided a demonstration on how performance testing is done using LoadRunner Pro.
As a prerequisite, the use cases should be functionally stable prior to running performance test.
In addition, I am also recommending to get familiarize of the Platform performance feature to ensure system optimization through performance monitoring and diagnostics.
Thanks,
Bill
