how to configure "service status" dashboard

Hello everyone,
I created Alert groups in Service now to group alerts coming from various third party tools, and then the dashboard in Event management works fine but the components in event management dashboards which also shows in "Service status" page stay's green even if there is alert, can some one suggest how to set them to show if there is alert.

Finally resolved by configuring Business Service Widget to create and update the incidents and outages created were reported to Alert Groups in Service Status Dashboard for Users.
