i created a catalog but I am unable to view the service catalogue using the record producer but i am unable to view in the service catalog

Hi @MADHUSUDANAA ,

 

if your AES in different instance and try search that AES catalog item in different instance means it wont appear.

 

Please follow the same steps that your perform on the AES instance to now learning lab there it will be available.

What exactly have you created Record Producer or Service Catalog? Whether you have added the right category whatever you created out of Record Producer or Service Catalog.

i used the record producer to develop the service catalog as mentioned in the NOW learning for AES.

Did you try to check from Native view? or is it some impersonation issue? Look like you followed the steps.

i am pretty new to ServiceNow(SN), please help, how to check in Native View. 

FYI, I am using the SN provided training instances in AES. 

 

How would i know if it is an impersonation issue?
