Hi Forum!
We are going to decomission our Snow instance but we need to keep incident, change and HR task records available for auditing porpuses.
Once retired, ServiceNow will provide an export of all databases in a Mysql format. Have you ever need to restore the table structure to put the tables relatioships (Incidents - notes - attachments) back online to query ?.. as we now the table
Is there any documentation that we can follow to restore it ? How have you ever handle it in the past ?

Service now is a SAAS platform so Dbs are never exposed for us and a consumer.
I think for your all kind of requirement use cases Service Now Sales Rep is the best one to answer as they must have done similar things in past for many customers.
Or Open a HI ticket that may also help.
