Has there been any work in using Intelligent Swarming in ServiceNow? I am looking for a real integration..not just OH, there's a Slack Plugin. What do I mean? Opening and closing a Swarm on a Case in Slack, synchronization of the Slack discussion back to SNOW, summarizing the Slack Swarm and optionally Creation of a SNOW Knowledge Article there in Slack. Is anyone actively doing swarming with ServiceNow?
