Need to reset admin password on prod

We have renamed one of our production environments (when we sign on to new environment we get the old environment data)

I now need to clone from our development environment to the 'new' prod environment.

To do this I need to set up the clone target but cannot use the password from the 'old' environment.

How do I find the password or reset the admin password?

You can reset the admin password using the self-service option through the HI Service Portal. Log in to the HI Service Portal to set up a temporary password. After like 5 minutes you should be able to reset admin password without messaging the Support.

When you are logged in type "reset admin password" in the search bar then click the link for the catalog item. Set your temporary password and you're done.
