Proactive Triggers : Not visible post activation of the plugin

Hello Team, 

In Utah release, there was a new feature released as "Proactive Triggers". 

 

I had followed all the steps as per the docs (Enabled the property, Set the trigger and actions to active) but the pop-up isn't showing up on the instance? 

 

Cleared the browser cache as well but still its showing only the chat bot icon and not the pop-up. 

 

Why isn't showing up on the instance?

Hi @Sujatha V M,

 

Make sure to create an agent chat record associated with the portal where you want the proactive trigger should be available.

Steps: 

Goto > Service Portal > Agent chat> Create a record with the portal you want to show proactive trigger.

Thank you for the response. Below are the steps followed on Proactive triggers,

- Activated the plugin

- Conversation interfaces -> Settings -> General

- Activated the Proactive Actions and Proactive Rules 

- Enabled the property to get the pop-up 

 

Apart from the basic steps, tried to change the frequency to "Everytime" with delay as "None" and applies to "Any User" in actions.
