Proactive Triggers : Not visible post activation of the plugin

Hello Team, 

In Utah release, there was a new feature released as "Proactive Triggers". 

 

I had followed all the steps as per the docs (Enabled the property, Set the trigger and actions to active) but the pop-up isn't showing up on the instance? 

 

Cleared the browser cache as well but still its showing only the chat bot icon and not the pop-up. 

 

Why isn't showing up on the instance?

Just to verify, what method have you applied to get the Virtual Agent client on your portal? The legacy Service Portal Virtual Agent widget or a custom widget (embedded in header/footer or directly on page) or through Agent Chat configuration?

Using the legacy Service Portal Virtual Agent widget (OOB). 

 

I had tried with different portal suffixes like sp, esc still no go.

@Sujatha V M , I also encountered with same issue, and then I had to add the agent chat.

And it worked for me.

If I had understood correctly, you are asking me to enable the "Agent Chat" plugin as well?

Ah oke then this will not work. Proactive Triggers is not intended for the legacy Service Portal Virtual Agent widget.
