Hello All,
My company is initiating its ServiceNow journey.
We have created a Governance model and would like to know if there is a standard template of ServiceNow process related RACI that can be used as a jumpboard or leverage.
Any insights will be great

Hi, There is no standard template for RACI. It will differ module by module but common factors are Training, UAT, Workshops, Artifacts - Use cases, Process docs, Technical docs, foundation data migration,.

Hi there. ServiceNow hasn't really published a RACI matrix for this kind of thing, more a governance framework that consists of different boards, their attendees and the roles that they play. I've attached some examples of the boards that ServiceNow recommend you have, and the personas involved.
There is also loads of great resources on building a governance model available from the Success Center.
