Hello all,
We have an existing repair process in our organization and there is an idea to replace this existing process with Servicenow.
I wanted to check if there is any module/application which manages this repair process in Servicenow? If Yes, please provide me the links/references. Is there any organization/customer who are using Servicenow for Repair process. I have given an example how current repair process is going on.
Eg: If any desktop has issue, then technician will replace the damaged part with new one and damaged part will be put in Repair process to fix it(with a flow) and will make it ready for next replacements.
Thanks, Sunil Safare

Is the repair process just an internal state management process for owned assets? Or do you involve the vendor? It's a potential candidate for HAM Pro. But if your process just involves state managing the cycle of a device being fixed internally, a simple catalog item might fit the use case.

Hi Sunil, that seems to be a classic case for hardware asset management & ITSM.
You can easily track issues using Incident management process. You can also use asset lifecycle to automate the update of your asset records throughout its life cycle
Please mark my answer as ✅ Correct / Helpful based on the Impact.

Service Now will cover your use case.
Something is Broken - Raise an Incident Using Service Now ITSM IM module.
Track your assets using Asset Management module of Service Now ITSM.
