ServiceNow to RPA (AA)

Hello, good morning everyone,

I'm looking for some support to help me identify a table(s?) and it's keys/fields in ServiceNow.

First and foremost, a bit of background: I'm trying to configure an API between ServiceNow and a RPA solution (Automation Anywhere).

So far, what did we managed to achieve?

  1. We can Authenticate to SNOW,
  2. We can fetch RITM "main" attributes using the "ServiceNow: Get Multiple Records" feature (including the sys_id) - see the green encircled block, labelled "OK" + see row 2 on the canva,

Where do we struggle?

Since I have poor to no knowledge in ServiceNow, I'm having an hard time trying to fetch the data in the "Variables" block (especially the "Store MR Information" part") - see the red encircled block, labelled "NOK" - using the "ServiceNow: Get Record" feature based on the previously catched Sys_id attribute - see row 10 on the canva.

However, I do not know:
- What is the "Table name" I should search for?

- How should I look for the fields/keys / what are they called ?

P.S: I tried using the "REST: Get Method" but I ended up having a 404 Not Found error: "Record doesn't exist or ACL restricts the record retrieval".

Needless to say that I really need directions in regards to "how/where" can I find the table and it's keys in ServiceNow more than anything else.

In advance, a thousand thanks for any hints you may be able to provide.
