Trigger Work order and work order task from PPM

Hi ,

When applying a template(which contains task) in PPM , a particular task in PPM to trigger work order and work order task in FSM.

How this can be achieved?, pls suggest

PPM task-> Create WO and WOT tasks in FSM

Hi @Ramkumar V,

You can consider creating a flow or a workflow for this based on the business needs. 

1. set the workflow or flow to trigger when the PPM TASK with certain critera is met.

2. If condition met, Use create record action to create WO and WTO task for Field service.

3. note : (set necessary values for WO and WTO task, and control the closure of it in workflow or flow. )
