Provider_user field

Can someone help me understand how to find the Provider_user ID when trying to integrate our VA bot with our Teams chat? I can see the IDs and that they're populated once they communicate with the bot. However, we're wondering how we would populate that field manually if we needed to create a new user or do troubleshooting? The link below is helpful if some don't know what those fields are.
