Virtual Agent : Unable to route the utterances directly to the catalog item

Hello All, 

 

In the Virtual agent, we have list of topics which gets displayed post the greetings message. 

 

Is there a possibility to map the utterance entered to map with the catalog item directly without creating individual topics. 

 

for eg. If typed, "I would like to get access to an application", the chatbot should display the contextual searches lists for selection rather going through 'Submit a Request' topic.
